Emma Hamilton

At Senie & Associates, P.C., I support attorneys on land use and zoning matters before local and state boards. I draft briefs, client memoranda, association operating documents, and special-permit and variance applications, while conducting title searches, GIS research, site visits, and hearing preparation.

Through the Community Development Clinic at UMass Law, CAIR-MA, and the Law Office of Jennifer Velarde, I drafted corporate documents, contracts, state and federal filings, legal memoranda, educational materials, and Know Your Rights resources. I've also conducted client intake and interviews for discrimination, employment, immigration, hate-crime, nonprofit, and small-business matters.

I'm a J.D. graduate with a background in criminal justice studies, sociology, and intermediate Spanish proficiency. My experience includes working directly with diverse and marginalized communities, including immigrant youth and victims of violence.
