What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote opportunities or relocation where I can build my carrer as a generalist corporate lawyer.

I'm an Associate in Linklaters' Paris Capital Markets practice, drafting and negotiating documentation for EMTN, USMTN and standalone debt offerings by corporate and financial institution issuers.

I manage Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings from launch through settlement, coordinating drafting, due diligence, execution and closing workstreams. I also lead the establishment and annual updates of EMTN and USMTN programmes in line with legal, regulatory and structural changes.

Previously, I supported cross-border equity offerings and SEC filings at Gide Loyrette Nouel, corporate and M&A matters at Veil Jourde, and structured debt securities at Natixis. I'm admitted to the New York State Bar and French Bar, and work in French and English.
