I've led litigation, dispute resolution, risk management, and insurance at Atos SE, advising its Audit Committee and senior leadership on regulatory exposure, internal controls, and enterprise resilience across digital services and critical infrastructure.
I manage international legal teams, regulatory investigations, and high-stakes disputes, including matters with exposure exceeding US$850 million. I have also advised on the EU Data Act, EU AI Act, governance, compliance, M&A due diligence, and AI-enabled legal operations.
Previously, I managed legal and regulatory risk at Veolia and advised Royal Dutch Shell on compliance, governance, and risk across international operations. My work includes securing dismissal of a French competition investigation and generating €19M for Shell through litigation and settlement negotiations.
