Emily Olson

I’m a guest-focused entertainer and hospitality professional with experience in live performance, fitness instruction, and premium brand environments. I currently perform with Royal Caribbean Group aboard Navigator of the Seas, creating engaging, high-quality guest experiences while upholding safety, service, and brand standards.

I’m known for strong communication, crowd engagement, and adaptability in fast-paced, people-centered settings. I bring a natural ability to influence, connect, and represent brands with confidence and professionalism—especially when performance and guest experience require real-time responsiveness.

Before joining Royal Caribbean, I built my experience through teaching and customer-facing roles. I worked as a dance instructor for ages 3–15, coordinated and collaborated with other instructors, and communicated effectively with staff, parents, and students.

I also developed a strong service and sales foundation through retail and fitness studio work. From retail sales associate experience to Pure Barre roles focused on membership sales, phone call sales, fitness instruction, and brand standards/franchise compliance, I’m comfortable balancing enthusiasm with detail, timing, and guest needs—always with a safety-first mindset.
