At Rooted Dance Collective, I launched a dance education business from the ground up. I manage financial planning, budgeting, and the operational structure.
I developed the brand identity, marketing strategy, and client acquisition pipeline from scratch. I’m also coordinating curriculum design, vendor relationships, and instructional staff partnerships as we build toward long-term physical studio ownership.
At Classic Image Dance, I directed the studio’s creative and educational direction, including choreography and curriculum structure. Collaborating with the leadership team, I contributed to a 4.2% enrollment increase, and the studio retained 100% of its students over eight months.
At 218 Dance Project, I choreograph competitive pieces and work with dancers to refine technique and performance quality. I’ve also judged competitions, performed with Princess Cruises, and earned a BFA in Dance from Arizona State University.
