At BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, I managed and validated organizational structures in SAP HCM OM, supporting data integrity and traceability for an organization of approximately 2,500 employees. I also designed and standardized position lifecycle processes.
I contributed to the implementation of Ingentis OrgManager, including requirements gathering, functional validation, and criteria for organizational chart visualization. I coordinated organizational changes across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.
Previously, I coordinated organizational development and process improvement initiatives at Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, and prepared HR reports and dashboards at E.ON SE. My work has included SAP HCM, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement using Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
