Product-focused Program Manager using research and analytics to ship customer-ready EV software.
What I'm looking for
I’m a product-focused Program Manager who turns user research into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes. At WeaveGrid, I partnered with utility clients to surface pain points in EV charging software and drive new productized features.
I defined and delivered a Monte Carlo-based analysis product using electric meter data to identify EV homes, doubling a client’s addressable customer base for targeted marketing. I also led cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle for B2B2C software across three enterprise deployments.
Previously, I taught data analytics by translating Python, SQL, machine learning, and AWS concepts into accessible learning materials, then iterated curriculum based on student feedback. I also led a major internal software project as a Project Manager at Stord, aligning engineering and operations around adoption and success metrics that helped double ARR.
My foundation spans data science and applied research—from building AI search algorithms in Python and running A/B tests to implementing machine learning algorithms and producing 3D visualizations in Matlab. I bring a strong blend of technical fluency, product judgment, and evidence-driven execution, plus an active leadership role creating startup ecosystem reporting and dashboards.
