At Quality Software System, I develop and support LabHealth LIS, a commercial Laboratory Information System used by clinical laboratory customers. I work with customers to understand their workflows and requirements, then develop, test, and deploy solutions.
I enhance core LIS functions including Requisition Entry, Result Entry, Laboratory Reporting, and Instrument Quality Control using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
I develop analyzer interfaces using HL7 and ASTM over TCP/IP sockets and RS-232 serial communication. This work supports instrument queries, laboratory order transmission, and automated result processing.
I also build and maintain Windows Services and troubleshoot production issues across LIS applications, databases, interfaces, middleware, and laboratory analyzers. Earlier, at JIF Logistics, I managed accounting records and supported daily logistics operations.
