I maintained spreadsheets for product sales, inventory, and stock records. At Elma Confectioners, I organized business records and supported the collection and organization of customer information.

In my practice work, I created an Excel invoice log for 25 sample invoices with automatic totals, VAT calculations, and payment-status summaries. I also developed a stock-tracking spreadsheet with balance calculations and low-stock flags.

I designed a double-entry verification process and standardized contact records using duplicate checks and a change log. I also analyzed payment patterns and prepared charts, statistical summaries, findings, and recommendations for a sample business.
