Elizabeth Silvas

I've provided direct patient care at Fresenius Medical Care, Hendrick Hospice, and Pediatric Associates across dialysis, hospice, and pediatric settings. At Fresenius, I supervise up to 32 dialysis patients per day and lead teams of up to five staff members while administering medications, managing vascular access, and monitoring treatments.

I've also managed hospice caseloads of 10–13 patients, collaborated with families and interdisciplinary care teams, and advocated for patients and caregivers. My pediatric clinic experience includes screenings, triage, vaccinations, specimen collection, EMR documentation, and assistance with clinical procedures; I communicate in both English and Spanish.
