At Bayada Hospice at Inspira, I provide on-call nursing care and follow-up for hospice patients. I assess patient status, administer medications, and coordinate care plans with the care team and families.
At Weisman Pediatric Medical Day Care, I monitored pediatric patients and responded to changing care needs. I also completed patient assessments and coordinated with nurses and caregivers.
Across my nursing roles, I’ve provided pediatric home care, med-surg and telemetry care, and bedside support in inpatient and ER hold settings. My experience includes wound care, medication reconciliation, discharge planning, and patient and family education.
