At Cleveland Clinic, I manage clinical research projects from feasibility through closeout, including startup activities, regulatory approvals, budgets, and study execution. I coordinate with sponsors, investigators, legal teams, and research staff, and track project milestones and compliance requirements.
I also lead process improvement initiatives and support study execution through EDC system management and microbiological testing. Earlier, I worked in laboratory roles at Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals Portage Medical Center, Eastern Laboratory Services, Ben Venue Laboratories, and Robinson Memorial Hospital, supporting testing, SOPs, and regulatory readiness.
