Elizabeth Jordan
@elizabethjordan1
Remote cardiac device specialist managing pacemakers, ICDs, ILRs, and CRTs while troubleshooting alerts and advising patients.
What I'm looking for
I run remote interrogations and device management under established protocols for pacemakers, ICDs, ILRs, and CRT devices, then document and report abnormal findings to providers.
At Duke Private Diagnostics, I troubleshoot abnormal functions, educate patients on clinic follow-up and home monitoring, and handle device-related regulatory items like advisories, safety notifications, recalls, device tracking, and loss to follow-up.
Before that, I supported cardiac device monitoring across the California territory, prioritizing alerts and abnormal transmissions, notifying clinics of urgent issues, and troubleshooting missed transmissions and remote monitoring malfunctions.
I’ve also worked with Medtronic and Johns Hopkins workflows—scheduling remote transmissions, troubleshooting disconnected patients, interrogating and adjusting programming per protocol, and conducting ECG and event/Holter report analysis.
