I seek a procurement or purchasing role where I can lead supplier negotiations, improve inventory and logistics processes, and drive cost savings while supporting cross-functional teams.

I am an experienced Purchasing Supervisor with over 10 years in end-to-end procurement, logistics, and inventory management across food & beverage, retail, and construction project environments. I combine supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost-control skills to deliver timely, cost-effective materials for projects and operations.

At Mepcon Technologies I managed purchasing for electrical and engineering materials for hospitals, schools, malls, and casino hotels, implemented SAP to streamline procurement and inventory flows, and handled accounts payables/receivables tied to purchasing. Previously in Singapore I led F&B purchasing, POS menu pricing and recipe costing using MICROS Fidelio, and daily inventory reconciliation to protect margins.
