At Holding Space Psychotherapy, I provide evidence-based outpatient care to approximately 30 adult clients each week, primarily focused on women’s and reproductive mental health.
I support individuals experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. My work includes comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, suicide risk assessment, treatment planning, and coordinated care with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and reproductive specialists.
Previously at Townhall II, I led operations and clinical care for a 24-hour, CARF-accredited residential behavioral health program serving women with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. I supervised approximately 15 multidisciplinary staff while overseeing admissions, staffing, scheduling, utilization review, treatment coordination, discharge planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
I use CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed interventions, DBT-informed techniques, relapse prevention, and psychoeducation to help clients build lasting resilience and wellness.
