I am a licensed psychotherapist and owner-operator of a private practice delivering telehealth and in-person care across multiple locations. I provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors, children, families, teens, and individuals with addiction and complex medical and mental health needs.

I specialize in trauma care, utilizing EMDR and DBT-integrated methods, and provide suicide education and prevention services to clients, families, and care providers. I supervise trainees seeking independent licensure and train clinicians in DBT-based group facilitation.

I oversee practice operations including insurance and Medicaid/Medicare management, hiring and staff supervision, budget oversight, and EHR/CPRS documentation standards. My background includes hospital and inpatient milieu roles, dual-diagnosis counseling, DBT training, and advanced training in EMDR and DBT.
