Turned 350B+ records from 140M+ patients into risk-first workflows that show care teams who needs attention, with every Al insight linked to its source.

Restructured a clinical-evidence platform that had outgrown its navigation, turning 10+ menu options into four review stages and cutting literature screening time by 50%. Worked with the CEO and domain experts to build AI into search, screening and extraction, with reviewable results and approval steps that keep researchers in control.

Took a new critical-care platform from concept to MVP, designing five connected workflows: documentation, coding, quality checks, tasks and handoffs. Worked directly with the founders, critical-care clinicians and engineers, and designed AI suggestions that clinicians review, edit, accept or dismiss before signing.

Modernized an event-management CMS in four months without a rebuild, reorganizing it around how event teams plan, publish and run events. Turned a rigid page builder into a flexible editor with live previews and audience targeting, so planners create personalized attendee pages without code.

Helped reposition an early-stage Al platform from governance to agent tracing and deployment, working directly with the founders on direction and priorities. Designed onboarding that makes it easy for Al engineers to add Fairo to existing agents, and carried the new direction through the product and marketing site.

Audited and restructured a field-sales operations platform around how campaigns, locations, teams, schedules and agents connect. Simplified how planners allocate agents across campaigns and designed the mobile app agents use in the field, working with product, support and engineering.

Turned a library of expert health videos into a conversational assistant that answers patient questions and recommends the right video. Designed the mobile app and its information architecture, and led the first user interviews, which validated the chatbot concept.

Designed a web platform that turns 250 billion Medicare claims into a clear health history and relative risk view, built around the needs of seniors and their caregivers. The product launched and started the company, which later moved on to more complex clinical products.

Designed data-intensive tools for security professionals preventing crime and terrorism, cutting user-task time by 30% through usability testing and streamlined flows. Interviewed users across agencies and rebuilt the information architecture and filters so critical data is quick to find.

Designed patient companion apps for GSK brands, including an asthma treatment app, a Sensodyne smart-toothbrush app and a Physiogel skin-analysis app.
