Earlier in my career, I built deep expertise in NAV oversight and global equity fund accounting—supervising direct and indirect reports, supporting platform transitions (including the shift to end-state model in Wilmington, DE and EAGLE), and maintaining accurate, policy-aligned processing for hundreds of products. I’ve led critical risk and remediation processes like the error memo workflow, and I bring hands-on accounting fundamentals across general ledger, transaction processing, NAV calculation, cash availability reporting, and cash reconciliation, along with training and procedural development for ongoing team performance.

Led succession planning, recruiting through multiple interview rounds, and partner engagement to optimize support models, while contributing to multi-asset strategic process and platform improvements.
Managed up to five associates by identifying learning opportunities, tracking performance, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans as needed. Oversaw NAV oversight for 450+ products across providers/regions/markets, led error memo remediation with service providers, and assessed ad hoc NAV risks with accounting partners.
Supervised a team of up to four direct reports and fifteen indirect reports, overseeing development and progress. Supported platform transition to target-state operations, led the Dividend Team and training, and coordinated NAV risk assessment and action plans with leadership and T. Rowe Price.
Handled accurate and timely general ledger accounting, transaction processing, NAV calculation, and cash reconciliation to meet daily deadlines for up to six equity and blended funds after mutual fund outsourcing to BNY Mellon.
