Elin Ljungfeldt

I've worked in correctional services at Kumla Prison since 2021, observing and assessing clients, situations, and incidents from security and operational perspectives.

I document and transfer information under confidentiality requirements, evaluate information relevant to daily client work, and collaborate with colleagues and other functions to maintain a shared situational picture. My work includes conflict management, varied client and security situations, and use of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's IT and documentation systems.

Previously, I worked in the remand environment at Örebro Detention Centre, with a focus on security, supervision, and professional treatment. I have also led daily operations, staffing, planning, routines, and quality follow-up as a store manager, department manager, and assistant store manager.

Alongside my work, I'm studying social analysis at Örebro University and have completed studies in forensic psychology at The Open University. I bring a systematic approach to finding, evaluating, processing, and synthesizing complex information about social processes, organisations, and people.
