What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support opportunity where I can help users resolve technical issues, strengthen my troubleshooting skills, and contribute user-focused thinking in a collaborative environment.

I've designed and improved user interfaces for web and mobile apps, with an emphasis on usability and accessibility.

In UI/UX design work, I've collaborated with developers and product managers while handling basic technical troubleshooting during design implementation. I've also managed software tools and provided basic support for team systems and resources.

I've helped set up and maintain design tools across devices, supported team-member onboarding with software setup and usage, and documented UI systems and assets in shared environments.

I'm transitioning into IT support, combining UI/UX thinking with a growing foundation in software troubleshooting, system and network support, and helping users resolve technical issues.
