I’m an English teacher with Jamii International Academy, supporting learners across GCSE, CBC, and 8-4-4 systems, and I’ve also worked as an English/CRE/IT teacher at multiple schools. I bring strong communication, lesson support, and a practical mindset to help students succeed while keeping classroom and learning resources organized.

Before teaching, I worked as a Programmer with Integrity Computer Solutions, where I handled analysis, design, and prototyping for new systems and support for existing ones. I developed and supported solutions such as BiasharaF1 (Point of Sale/Stock Control), MkahawaF1 (Hotel POS/Stock Control), Intelpay (payroll), Transit-F1, Cargo-F1, and more—plus Quickbooks-based stock control integration; I also wrote a data-mining program on headquarter vs. branch stock ordering versus receipts that was adopted to improve warehouse/branch operations.

I’ve also supported organizations through IT roles, including working as a Regional IT Assistant (Mombasa Region) and later as a Help Desk Assistant and Warehouse IT Administrator. I’m comfortable training users on Microsoft Office and POS-I-Till workflows, providing network and hardware support, and using environments like Microsoft Windows Server and Novell Netware with a focus on reliable, usable systems.
