I’m working as an E-Channel Officer at AMML Microfinance Bank, supporting Postilion-related ATM, POS, and card solutions (Master/Verve). I analyze cards and machine transactions and handle internet banking, mobile banking, and USSD support, including timely resolution of e-channel incidents within agreed SLA.
I also test and support e-channel application upgrades and deployments, investigate system anomalies, and work on channels integration and position application implementation. My focus is making sure the channels applications stay available 24 hours a day.
Before that, I taught Computer Studies, worked as a Computer Technician, and handled exam activities as an Exam Officer/Academic Secretary. I’ve also done ad-hoc work with INEC as an APO, operating the card reader and supporting voter accreditation and election materials handling.
