At a mobile operator in telecom, I designed and built a corporate management platform from scratch, covering its database schema, backend, and UI/UX. The platform includes more than 17 modules and microservices, and I received a company award for implementing key modules.
I built a two-way SMS module processing more than 1,000 outbound and 300 inbound messages daily, and automated routing and status tracking for more than 200 customer requests per day.
I replaced a manual telecom file workflow with a high-load streaming pipeline, using chunked processing and batched PostgreSQL inserts to keep memory usage low and stable. I also developed queue-based microservices for document processing, template generation, and integration APIs.
I deploy and maintain production services with Docker and Nginx, and support legacy PHP/Laravel, C#, and Vue.js systems. Outside my telecom work, I built LangLib, a language-learning platform with payments and idempotent transactions, and create marketing visuals for a Korean cosmetics store.
