At CNDPI ROMSOFT S.A, I administered networks and servers, including local networks, subnetworks, VPN servers, and Linux routers for remote locations.
I monitored servers with Nagios and networks with nmap, Wireshark, and MRTG. My work also covered security policies, firewalls, proxy services, and network services such as SSH, DHCP, Samba, LDAP, and OpenVPN.
At ACADEMIX LINUX, I tested software for a Romanian Linux distribution and wrote tutorials for beginners. I also published “Configuring the network connection in GNU/Linux and basic Security- netfilter/iptables.”
