I'm looking to lead emergency resilience, crisis management, infrastructure, and municipal safety programs where I can translate technical risk into practical decisions for government and municipal stakeholders.

I lead Emergency & Crisis Management consulting for municipalities and government entities at Kharitat Al-Enmaa Engineering Consultants in Riyadh, turning engineering risk assessments into practical resilience and public-safety decisions.

I built the governance framework and standard operating procedures for a municipal Emergency Operations Center, establishing a clear operating baseline for emergency response, incident escalation, and stakeholder roles.

I direct the Dangerous Buildings Management Project for Amanat Al-Riyadh, overseeing structural assessment and classification for more than 2,000 buildings and briefing municipal leaders on prioritization. I have also supported assessment of 24,300 km of roads across 47 municipalities through a major pavement management program.

Across Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Egypt, I have led multidisciplinary engineering teams through infrastructure, structural design, construction supervision, and municipal programs.
