BIM coordinator/Project leader for USA market large scale hospitality buildings

Strategic BIM Coordinator with over 11 years of international experience, including five years working remotely with a Las Vegas–based architecture firm. I specialize in large-scale hospitality projects for clients such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, and I bridge European design sensibilities with US codes and standards. I have autonomously managed smaller scale projects, like hotel Conversion projects, PIPs and TRIPs for hotels all over USA territory.
I am currently leading distributed teams to produce high-fidelity BIM models and documentation that clear stringent Building and Fire Department reviews across major West Coast US jurisdictions. My background includes hands-on roles from assistant architect to project team leader, giving me end-to-end delivery insight.
My base of education is in architecture, but recently I was focused in innovative and digital BIM design and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Safety Engineering. field of interrest and knowledge is running QA/QC, code analysis (IBC/CBC), and construction-document expertise to USA market large scale project.
I am collaborative, solutions-oriented, and experienced in remote teamwork and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders to meet complex regulatory and client requirements.
