What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can apply my expertise in data-driven insights and cultural competency to drive social impact and organizational growth, using quantitative research, survey design, and DEI-informed decision-making to support meaningful outcomes.

I’m a highly motivated professional with an MA in Sociology and a BCA, offering a unique blend of quantitative research, social policy analysis, and technical development skills. I strengthen decision-making with advanced quantitative research methods, survey design, literature reviews, and fieldwork, while bringing cultural competency through DEI frameworks and diversity-aware thinking.

In my recent experience as an Administration officer at Wasima Faizi NGO (Kabul, 2025), I developed lesson plans and differentiated learning materials, supported the distribution of essential learning materials, and adapted teaching methods for multi-level classes with deep respect for ethnic and religious diversity. I also served as a Study Abroad Coordinator—informing students about application deadlines and eligibility and guiding them on visa requirements—plus worked as a Counter Executive and Project manager assistant, supporting customer resolutions, project documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking.
