I’m seeking an opportunity in Research and Development where I can apply my working knowledge of the dietary supplement industry, continue to grow professionally, and make a greater impact in the company.

At BODi, I oversee formulation efforts and brand management for Shakeology nutritional powders and protein snack bars. I developed line-extension flavors for a best-selling protein product and reformulated a superfood protein powder to a 0g Added Sugar claim.

I conduct bench-top formulation tests, R&D sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies for dietary supplements and raw materials. I also work with Oracle Agile PLM for Process, support NSF certification for product lines, and hold certifications in Dry Blending Technology, HACCP, and FSPCA.
