I'm building my software engineering foundation at Metropolitan University while applying problem-solving and communication skills in customer-facing work.

At Teleperformance, I answered calls and helped customers resolve issues quickly and clearly, staying patient and professional during busy shifts. My sales assistant and family business experience strengthened my multitasking, inventory organization, basic accounting, bookkeeping, delivery coordination, and on-the-spot problem-solving.
