Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master (PSM I). I lead enterprise SaaS releases and streamline global team delivery.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master (PSM I) who helps engineering teams ship software without the usual chaos. My focus is simple: align engineering work with business targets, clear blockers before they cause delays, and keep our release schedules predictable.
While leading web and SaaS delivery at TransPerfect, I worked with distributed teams of up to 30 engineers. By cleaning up our backlog prioritization and standardizing our sprint mechanics, we managed to cut our deployment cycles in half while keeping the team’s day-to-day momentum steady.
Before that, I stepped into a Technical Director role at the Federal Reserve Bank. I was responsible for coordinating technical operations across five international hubs. It required balancing a lot of moving parts to keep mission-critical timelines intact, but we achieved 100% service availability during our global system rollouts.
I run delivery using a practical, data-driven approach with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. I’m at my best when partnering directly with product owners to turn high-level roadmaps into clear, actionable sprint execution that engineering teams actually enjoy working on.
