I’m a technology professional with 25+ years of experience in network infrastructure, VoIP systems, and high-profile operations. I founded EasyPhone Dominicana, designing custom dial plans, managing server infrastructure, and implementing a 48-hour network audit system for B2B corporate clients.

In my current role (Senior Concierge — Security & Technology Operations), I manage security systems including scanners, CCTV cameras, and facial recognition technology. I also administer equipment inventory and support strict confidentiality requirements while working with high-profile private and governmental client accounts.

I’m currently transitioning into cybersecurity through focused training in Linux security, network protection, and risk management via the Google Cybersecurity Certificate program.
