What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a new challenge in Europe where I can bring together engineering rigour, leadership, and operational agility.

I manage day-to-day maintenance/operations for a coliving and farm-stay property in Portugal, sustaining around 70% average occupancy and guest ratings above 8.0/10. I also oversee maintenance and facilities across sites in Portugal and Switzerland.

For hospitality businesses in Portugal and Turkey, I design social media strategies and content calendars. I produce photo and video marketing content using camera and drone equipment to support promotion and guest engagement.

At Soluções Eólicas do Brasil, I led strategic and technical decisions as head of a 10-person team. I spearheaded the launch of the Brazilian subsidiary of a Spanish parent group, and the operation became a recognised reference in Brazil's wind-energy hydraulic solutions market.

Earlier, as a Junior Engineer at Siderúrgica Norte Brasil, I led the startup of an industrial plant and achieved initial production targets. I also worked on Blast Furnace improvement projects and developed and supervised industrial automation systems.
