I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with an Associate's degree in Medical Administrative Assistance and hands-on experience in clinical and front-desk workflows. I combine patient-relations skills, phlebotomy and injection experience, diagnostic testing knowledge, and administrative competence to support smooth clinic operations.

In my current role at Allergy Partners I manage patient records, coordinate appointments, perform blood draws and allergy injections, conduct spirometry and skin-prick testing, and handle billing and payments — consistently emphasizing accuracy, patient education and office cleanliness.

Previously I held roles in customer-facing and operational positions where I developed scheduling, data-entry, inventory management, and communication abilities, and I am eager to grow long-term with a care facility that values reliability, adaptability and compassionate patient care.
