At Nelnet Philippines Inc., I own test automation for four web applications and maintain more than 1,000 automated tests built with Playwright, TypeScript, and Cucumber. I also lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted testing with reusable skills and specialized agents for test writing, code review, failure investigation, and coverage audits.
I integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps delivery pipelines and investigate failures to distinguish product defects from test, environment, or deployment issues. I verify critical workflows, permissions, report accuracy, accessibility, API behavior, and file exports, then add regression tests for confirmed fixes.
Earlier, I introduced test automation at FLNT and MUSIC Tribe, and built a data-driven C# automation framework at Navitaire. I began my career developing and supporting COBOL business applications at IBM, and I’m open to remote senior QA automation, SDET, and consulting roles.
