As Media Lead at CyberPhorm (Jan 2025–Jan 2026), I spearheaded media operations for a tech-focused audience while protecting brand integrity and driving consistent engagement across digital channels. I authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visualised team workflows via flow diagrams, increasing production efficiency by 30%, and I engineered a structured recruitment pipeline for creative talent with a proprietary skill-assessment grading system.

At WeTranscend Media (Feb 2024–Jun 2025), I revamped brand visuals into a bold, unified style using strategic typography and UI/UX principles, strengthening market positioning and audience recognition. I also developed a library of user-friendly Canva templates that empowered non-designers to produce on-brand content independently while maintaining 100% visual consistency across outputs, and I led visual storytelling for community events across all digital touchpoints to boost social engagement.

Earlier, as Brand Designer for the Alarrt App (Oct 2022–Dec 2024), I owned the end-to-end social media creative strategy for the Alarrt App 2.0 launch—producing campaign graphics that contributed to an uplift in user adoption and app store engagement. I progressed from design intern to freelance brand designer over two years, and I bring ongoing Computer Science studies to every creative brief, including AI workflow integration.
