I lead coordination of daily service operations across a multi-county region, ensuring reliability and compliance of P25 and 911 public safety communication systems. I act as the primary liaison for customers—managing expectations, prioritizing service requests, and building long-term partnerships.

Before stepping into senior responsibilities, I installed, configured, and maintained analog, DMR, and P25 two-way radio systems across public safety, commercial, and industrial sectors. I’ve also troubleshot complex issues, delivered timely customer-focused solutions, and supported on-site coordination to keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety protocols.

I bring hands-on field experience through RF/installation work and preventative maintenance for mission-critical radio systems, including rotating on-call support for public safety communications. I mentor junior technicians and emphasize a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, supported by certifications including Zentron 911 Max Call Taking Systems, OSHAForklift, OSHA 10/30, and NRA gun safety instruction.
