At AddPay Africa, I lead a four-person Device Setup and Logistics team, overseeing POS device setup, testing, quality assurance, inventory, courier coordination, and nationwide deployment. I maintain a 1–3 day dispatch turnaround while improving stock-take processes and keeping operations on schedule.
I've also supported merchants end-to-end through Android POS configuration, payment-terminal deployment, onboarding, training, and SLA-driven technical issue resolution. I bring hands-on supply chain knowledge, SOP development, reporting, incident investigation, and team training to fintech operations.
