At Palo Alto Networks, I design and build Go and Python backend APIs and services for Cloud NGFW, including operations used across internal services and high volumes of customer traffic. I also designed durable Temporal-based workflows that coordinate state across microservices.
I built a production LLM service on GCP that uses firewall and service-health telemetry to triage and remediate alerts, cutting on-call pages by over 55%. A tiered retrieval and caching layer over BigQuery supports the service.
I also built a run-telemetry pipeline that persists structured events to BigQuery for reconstruction and analysis, with Grafana and Chronosphere dashboards and alerting. Earlier, at LSEG – TORA Trading Services, I developed Python and SQL tools and pipelines for time-series data and transaction reporting.
