At Booz Allen Hamilton, I lead backend development for a federal cybersecurity monitoring platform, building Go services that ingest and normalize about 1.8M security events per day. I also shipped AWS microservices that cut average API response time from 412 ms to 138 ms.
I’ve built REST and GraphQL services for analyst dashboards and wrote Terraform modules that reduced environment setup from 3 days to under 4 hours. Earlier, at Alion Science and Technology, I developed APIs that brought data freshness from 24 hours down to about 17 minutes, and at Vantiv I assisted with payments backend development.
