What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time technical or application support role where I can own incidents end-to-end, deepen my Linux, cloud, database, API, and observability skills, contribute clear runbooks and RCA documentation, and support on-call operations.

I've supported Python, OpenCV, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, IoT, and embedded-system projects at Pantech ProEd, handling 16–30 technical cases monthly across up to 20 active customer accounts. I reproduced issues, investigated logs and integrations, validated fixes, and documented reusable runbooks and FAQs.

I'm now building evidence-based production-support labs through Project NIGHTWATCH and a Supabase support lab, documenting 21 simulated incidents across Nginx, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, monitoring, and centralized logging.

I work end-to-end: reproduce, investigate, isolate, fix, validate, and document. I'm available full-time in Tbilisi, including on-call evening, night, and weekend shifts.
