As an AI Engineer at FTECH CO., LTD, I developed multi-agent systems for customer support and fine-tuned large language models (LLMs) for gaming applications. My work involved optimizing model performance through advanced techniques like contrastive learning and knowledge distillation, while also conducting research on reinforcement learning and memory retention in LLMs.

As an AI Trainer, I contributed to projects enhancing the writing capabilities of generative AI models. My responsibilities included ranking AI-generated responses and composing content to improve AI creativity, while also participating in Python coding tasks to train AI models.
