I’m a detail-oriented retail sales associate with 2 years of experience in customer service and sales across various industries. I’m known for handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in retail environments. I also bring demonstrated leadership as a keyholder, helping foster a positive shopping experience and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In my retail roles—cashier, evening stocker, and retail sales associate—I’ve supported day-to-day customer needs while staying organized with stock and store upkeep. I use my communication skills and customer service focus to keep things moving, and I’m comfortable with cash handling, cash register work, and POS. I’m also the type who adapts quickly: “Once I learn the things I'm supposed to do I can get them done pretty fast.”

Outside retail, I worked as a janitor for ACCO Brands Corporation, where I would “get done with my list of things to do halfway through my 8 hour shift,” then help my fellow janitor finish and keep the worksite clean. That same work ethic—finishing early, staying helpful, and keeping quality up—translates directly into how I show up for customers and teammates. I’m seeking to leverage my strong communication skills and retail expertise in a customer service role.
