I've delivered sourcing, market research and B2B business development for domestic and international clients through STE-MI INTERNATIONAL, connecting suppliers, manufacturers and buyers across European markets.

My work spans wood products, metals, recycling materials, plastic raw materials, and textile manufacturing. I identified Ukrainian suppliers for pine pallet elements, supported custom workwear production between Serbia and Switzerland, and helped develop a Lithuanian customer relationship that generated more than EUR 30,000 in paid orders.

At DM TEKSTIL / FLORA MODA, I coordinated daily textile manufacturing operations and a production team of approximately 20 employees. I managed international buyer communication, supported raw-material procurement and outsourcing, and turned customer requirements into production priorities and timelines.

I bring hands-on experience in supplier research, RFQ and quotation comparison, commercial communication, negotiation support, production coordination and international business matching across Balkan, Turkish, Chinese and EU markets.
