At Bounteous x Accolite, I support Verizon’s MyBusiness portal and MVB mobile app, owning end-to-end manual QA for B2B upgrade journeys across UAT, regression, and production validation.
I designed 350+ test cases in qTest and led UAT sign-off for the MLXUP GA Expansion release, completing end-to-end validation with zero blocker defects. I also certified the MB Assist upgrade experience for expansion from a limited pilot to 100K logged-in users.
On Verizon releases, I test mobile transactions across Android and iOS, verify dark-launched features, and triage critical defects in Jira. I assess release readiness and provide Go / No-Go / Conditional Go recommendations.
