I’m a BFSI-focused Senior QA Engineer with 4 years of experience shipping enterprise releases with zero compliance violations at go-live, including the CIBC Provenir Credit Decisioning Platform. I own the full test cycle—from shift-left requirements review through Release Sign-off—across banking, digital aviation, and e-commerce systems.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I designed and executed end-to-end master test plans across Digicore UI, Provenir, and ICBS modules, achieving 100% functional and regression coverage across 8+ modules. I led Release Sign-off and Go/No-Go decisions for 5 major enterprise releases within strict BFSI regulatory timelines, and reported directly via Test Summary Reports and quality KPI dashboards.

I strengthen delivery quality early by integrating Smoke Test suites into CI/CD pipelines, measurably shortening the QA-to-Dev feedback loop. I’ve also caught critical data integrity issues in loan origination workflows using SQL-based backend validation before UAT—resulting in zero violations recorded at release across all 5 cycles.

I’m hands-on across manual, functional, regression, SIT, UAT, and API testing (Postman), with strong defect lifecycle management in Jira and ALM. I mentor junior QA engineers, and I’m currently adding Selenium/Python to my manual and API foundation to further automate and scale reliable testing.
