I’m building Kirui Global Ltd, a Kenyan import, sourcing, wholesale distribution, and supply business for premium house finishing materials, starting from Nairobi and scaling into East Africa. My value proposition is simple: direct factory sourcing (primarily from China), competitive pricing, reliable delivery, consistently high-quality products, and attentive customer service.

I operate with an import-on-demand model early on—asset-light and focused on execution—then scale into wholesale distribution and project supply as demand grows. I emphasize integrity, quality-control discipline, and customer-first reliability through supplier vetting, factory audits, sample testing against KEBS-relevant standards, and pre-shipment inspection; on the logistics side, I consolidate shipments through the Port of Mombasa and run inventory with cloud-based systems, barcoded/QR labeling, CRM tooling, and e-commerce ordering for faster quotes and visibility.
