I’m looking for a remote, synchronous scribing role where I can deliver HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation, ICD-10/CPT coding support, and value-based care/CDI assistance—working closely with physicians in real time to improve documentation accuracy and efficiency.

I’m a BHMS-qualified physician and Virtual Medical Scribe with 5+ years of clinical experience in real-time HPI, physical exam, and assessment & plan documentation. I focus on accurate, specific documentation that supports both patient care and coding needs.

In my current role, I join scheduled patient visits through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, document findings as performed, assign appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes, and prepare After Visit Summaries. I also enter lab and radiology orders in eClinicalWorks and Athena Health, flag relevant quality metrics and care gaps, and review charts with providers—reducing physician documentation time by ~30%.
