I've spent 16 years turning institutional vision into engaging content, from executive messaging and brand integration to speechwriting, ghostwriting, and crisis communications.

As founder and senior leader of Renewal Church, I launched a community organization that grew active participation by 300% in its first 12 months. I directed governance, compliance, venue acquisition, budget oversight, and a leadership board.

Earlier, I led communications and organizational vision at Kossuth Street Baptist Church, delivering more than 600 presentations and messages while overseeing hiring, volunteer teams, outreach, events, and educational programming.
