In-charge NICU Registered Nurse with 10+ years leading unit operations and delivering high-quality patient care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Registered Nurse with 10+ years of experience in NICU and hospital operations, currently serving as an In-Charge Nurse. I’m recognized for strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a consistent focus on patient safety and quality care in fast-paced environments.
In my current role at Labib Medical Center, I oversee daily unit operations to ensure efficiency, patient safety, and workflow continuity. I coordinate with physicians, HR, and administration to resolve operational challenges, manage staff assignments and workload distribution, and ensure the availability and proper management of medical supplies and equipment.
I’ve built my critical care expertise as a Registered Nurse (NICU) from 2015–2023, delivering high-quality nursing care in a critical neonatal environment. I monitored patient conditions, administered medications, followed care plans, maintained accurate documentation and reporting standards, and collaborated with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
Earlier, as a Trainee Nurse–ER Department, I supported emergency care and patient triage, assisting nurses and doctors in urgent clinical procedures. With my Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification and Red Cross training, I’m prepared to handle high-pressure situations with timely, effective decision-making while guiding and supervising nursing staff to maintain standards.
