I am looking for a role that allows me to grow, educate others, and continue my passion for hairstyling in a supportive environment.

Hi, I'm Donna Ironwing, a dedicated hairstylist and business owner based in Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up in a family immersed in cosmetology, I developed a passion for this industry early on. I earned my cosmetology license just two months before graduating high school and have since built a fulfilling career. Currently, I own my own studio after spending 11 years at The Bloom Salon, where I also served as a mentor for new stylists.

Throughout my career, I have consistently prioritized education and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques. I have successfully implemented marketing strategies to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. My experience includes managing salon operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and utilizing social media to showcase my work.
